Our Background
Power Kitchen Nutrition began life as a gluten free restaurant chain which was founded by pro MMA athlete and UFC veteran Tom Blackledge and his wife, registered Nutritional Advisor Stella Blackledge Dip BNC RegNutr.
In 2022 we made the decision to close our restaurant in order to focus on our hugely popular product range, namely our collagen-boosting bone broth and our range of delicious clean treats.
