Our clean eating restaurant menu is available from 11.00am to 7.00pm and includes snacks, drinks, lunches, evening meals, healthy cakes and desserts, probiotics, and healthy supplements. We have a set specials menu which changes on a three-weekly rota, plus it’s always worth popping in to see if we have any seasonal or topical ‘extra specials’ on the go! We offer something for everyone, including variety for vegans and vegetarians, and tons of choice for those following the ketogenic diet. Home Meal Plan Menu
Our Home Meal Plan menu (link to download example above) follows the same pattern as our restaurant menu, with three weekly ‘specials’ which change every week on a three week rota, chicken breast, fillet steak, cod, turkey, salads, and vegetarian/vegan options. We will select a variety of clean eating dishes to suit both your plan and the diet type which best suits your goals from the following options:

Fat Burning/Lower Carb
Looking to lose weight and burn fat, or fight the ‘carb bloat’? Pick our Fat Burning/Lower Carb plan, which will help you to lose body fat by modestly decreasing carbs, whist staying satiated by modestly increasing ‘good fats.’ Developed to work to the macro split carbs-protein-fat 25/40/35.
Low Carb-High Fat/Keto adaptive
Looking to radically switch gears in strength, conditioning and mental focus? Pick our Low Carb-High Fat/Keto Adaptive plan, which will help you rapidly burn body fat and avoid blood sugar spikes and troughs by transitioning your body’s preferred energy source from glucose to ketones. Developed to work to the macro split carbs-protein-fat 10/25/65.

For a one-off fee of £75.00, we will completely personalise your diet plan, macros and calorie budget to reflect your personal statistics, your training programme, your goals, and your likes and dislikes. Depending on the number of meals you have from Power Kitchen per day, we will plan in your supplementary meals and snacks to fill your calorie budget and meet your macros, and provide you with recipes, cooking instructions, portion size guidance and advice on micronutrient and other supplementation.
