Dietary goals – we tailor plans to suit the following diet types:
Lower Carb (weight loss/fat stripping)
Clean Carbs (healthy eating, bulking, maintaining weight)
Keto Adaptive (very low carb/high fat)
Paleo (grain free – no pasta or rice, plant based carbs instead e.g. sweet potato and root veg)
Vegan or Vegetarian
We CAN accommodate requests to exclude allergies and some dietary dislikes, but we are only able to tailor our meal prep menu to a certain degree, so we may be unable to accommodate very specific dietary restrictions. We CAN provide macros for most of our meals, but unfortunately we are unable to weigh/measure/count macros specific to an individual diet. However, we will always endeavour to help where we can, so please let us know via the booking form what your needs are, and we’ll let you know if we can provide a tailored version of our ‘off the shelf’ meal plans to suit you.
Please also let us know if you’d like a one-off batch of meals (e.g. for a competition or special occasion) and we’ll get in touch with a quote.

We can always tweak a plan to suit your requirements, so please let us know on your booking form if you have any special requirements that we don’t cover.
Please note that ALL PLANS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE before we can include you on our meal plan roster. As standard, we will invoice you upon receipt and acceptance of your booking form. Please be sure to either pay the invoice online, or alternatively call into our restaurant to pay card or cash, no later than the Friday before your plan is due to start.
How it works…
We prepare your meals in two batches per week to ensure that they remain fresh.
Collect your Monday-Wednesday meals from our WIGAN restaurant on Sunday between 11.00am and 12.30pm, or Monday morning after 9.30am but before 2.30pm
Collect your Thursday-Saturday meals anytime after 10.00am on Wednesday.
We are unfortunately unable to offer Meal Prep delivery in Wigan at present. We may be able to provide alternative collection arrangements after our standard restaurant hours, please enquire when booking.
Diet plan only
If you prefer to cook your own meals but struggle with calorie budget, macros, and nutrition ideas, we provide a British Nutrition Council certified comprehensive two-week diet plan complete with full daily macros for meals and snacks, tailored to your personal statistics, goals and activity levels. We also provide accompanying guidance notes including all recipes, portion size guidance, and advice on relevant dietary supplementation. If you’d like to request a diet plan, please click on the relevant button below to complete a questionnaire for your bespoke diet plan.
We will contact you for a deposit upon receipt of your questionnaire. Please allow up to two weeks for the completion of your diet plan.
