Welcome to the Power-Kitchen’s Home Meal Plan, the no-hassle way to enjoy healthy, home-cooked, diet-specific meals, every day! All of our delicious dishes are cooked to order and prepared with fresh, unprocessed ingredients.
Wherever possible, we strive to choose organic, locally-sourced options. Our recipes are all refined sugar and gluten free, with options to suit every diet, including SCD/GAPS, paleo, low-carb, keto, bulking, vegetarian and vegan. Whether you’re just looking to dodge cooking in the evening, or if you’d like your entire selection of daily meals pre-prepared, we have a plan to suit. Simply select the number of meals you’d like per day/week, and tell us about your lifestyle/diet goals.
How it works…
We prepare your meals in two batches per week to ensure that they remain fresh.
Collect your Monday-Wednesday meals from our WIGAN restaurant on Monday morning after 10.00am (we may be able to arrange weekend collections if Monday AM is too late).
Collect your Thursday-Saturday meals anytime after 11.00am on Wednesday.
We also offer Monday AM and Wednesday AM collections from our Hindley restaurant.
We may be able to arrange local delivery (WN postcode areas) at an additional charge of £5.00 per drop – please message to enquire about the possibility of delivery twice weekly to your home, workplace or gym.
From September 2018 we will be offering delivery to clients based in Deeside – please enquire via our Hindley restaurant.

We can always tailor a plan to suit your requirements, so please let us know on your booking form if you have any special requirements that we don’t cover.
Please note that ALL PLANS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE before we can include you on our meal plan roster. As standard, we will invoice you upon receipt of your booking form. Please be sure to either pay the invoice online, or alternatively call into our restaurant to pay card or cash, no later than the Friday before your plan is due to start.
Diet plan only
If you prefer to cook your own meals but struggle with calorie budget, macros, and nutrition ideas, we provide a British Nutrition Council certified comprehensive two-week diet plan complete with full daily macros for meals and snacks, tailored to your personal statistics, goals and activity levels. We also provide accompanying guidance notes including all recipes, portion size guidance, and advice on relevant dietary supplementation. If you’d like to request a diet plan, please click on the relevant button below to complete a questionnaire for your bespoke diet plan.
We will contact you for a deposit upon receipt of your questionnaire. Please allow up to two weeks for the completion of your diet plan.
